What’s in a name?
“People frequently ask where the name Eleven 11 Solutions came from. It’s kind of quirky and definitely personal. On my eleventh birthday, I decided (for no particular reason) that 11:11 was of special significance in my life and it became my favorite number. At one point noticing 11:11 was an interesting pattern. Through my travels, and life experiences, this pattern morphed into my own belief in synchronicity; a wakeup call of sorts, and a way to make sure I ‘pay attention’ when I notice the repetition of two elevens. 11 11 became my “thing” and when I decided to start my own business Eleven 11 Solutions was an obvious choice. ”
After multiple roles (sales & marketing) in technology companies and a thriving 10 year career as a Senior Consultant, our founder Jonni Ressler, was asked one simple question from a longtime client:
“Why don’t you have your own consulting firm-you seem to know the best people?”
In 2016, she embarked as a solo entrepreneur. Jonni says naming her company Eleven 11 Solutions seemed appropriate as she had always favored the number 11 and the notion of 11:11 was always a consistent and lucky coincidence in her life.
After Eleven 11 Solutions was formed, Jonni was quickly joined by 4 other senior marketing consultants, and has been growing ever since. Eleven 11 Solutions works with multiple clients in North America, focusing in the area of marketing support- from strategy to execution. While we are lucky to work with some of the world’s most prominent companies, our primary endeavor is to stay focused on the company mission, vision and our core values and keep relationship at the center of everything we do.

Jonni Ressler is the CEO of Eleven 11 Solutions and believes that relationship is everything. Creating mutually beneficial and respectful relationships with consultants, clients, partners along with her entire team have been the driving force behind the natural growth of Eleven 11 Solutions.
A natural connector, Jonni has built a multimillion dollar consulting business by connecting hiring managers with top talent across the United States to build nimble teams that can come alongside thought leaders and develop impactful programs that drive executional success. As a compliment to this service Jonni has designed workshops which teach individuals how to leverage specific tools to create great communications, improve connection and leverage curiosity leading to increased trust and innovation.
The company Jonni leads is ruthlessly committed to helping people succeed with a focus on transparency, integrity and doing the right thing every time. She began her career working for a variety of top technical companies like Microsoft and RealNetworks in international and domestic roles across both sales and marketing.
In the early 2000s, Jonni left the workforce for over 6 years to raise her young children and returned to marketing as a consultant, giving her a unique perspective on reentering the workforce. As a stand out consultant, she did a little bit of everything from leading domestic and global product launches, coordinating brand strategy and sales execution, global partner management, change management and offsite team building, along with numerous corporate website redesigns and marketing efforts during her consulting tenure for companies like, Microsoft, SAP Concur and HPE.
Jonni founded Eleven 11 Solutions in 2016 with the knowledge that good people know good people. As a result of that philosophy, Eleven 11 Solutions has steadily grown into a profitable company stemming from meaningful business relationships.

When Jonni is not leading Eleven 11 Solutions, or actively supporting her family and their respective interests, you can find her on stage doing Improv in the greater Seattle area, speaking at conferences, or chopping it up on her collaborative lifestyle podcast Jonni and Maria Go There!
In quiet moments, Jonni relishes gardening at her home, long walks, and taking too many pictures of her cat- Zuzu.
